Garmin Nüvi 350 GPS Contest from Celebrity Cafe

garmin.jpg
Is GPS just one more way for Darwin to help cleanse the gene pool? Stories about people ignoring rivers and cliffs because their GPS told them to go a certain direction are a pretty constant source of entertainment in the blogosphere (see a couple of stories just to the left of this post). Is it because some GPS units come equipped with alluring female voices that just won't be disobeyed, or are people really as stupid as they seem?

Well, now you've got a chance to win one of your own and find out if it has any additional uses. Celebrity cafe is giving away a Garmin Nuvi 350 GPS unit to one lucky winner. You have until October 31st to enter, but you can enter once per day if you want to increase your odds.

And if your GPS asks you turn into the Potomac, well… do what seems right.

What is "Swag"? It's cool goodies sent by companies to the press in hopes of favorable coverage. In Endgaget's case, a lot of that swag consists of gadget accessories. Lots of blogs give that stuff to their readers. Entering is a simple as leaving a comment (and confirming it if need be). But make sure you only leave one. Das Gamer's Too Human Caption Contest

2human.jpg
Das Gamer has a copy of the controversial videogame, Too Human to give away. Reviewers weren't enthused, and Silicon Knights didn't take too kindly to how effectively they curbed their enthusiasm. Silicon Knights thinks the game is so innovative, that normal folks just didn't get it. Well now you can try and win the game, and find out without having to actually spend any dough on it.

And how do you win? Well, fake Germans like a good wit, so as with most Das Gamer contests, you'll be providing a clever caption to the image of their choice. You have until August 27th to think of something clever.

Win A Wii A Day for 122 days

manywii.jpg

This, sadly, not one of those contests where the odds are in your favor. But the prizes were so great, we couldn't pass up bringing it to you. ePrize.com is running this Wii A Day Sweepstakes on behalf of a fundraising organization. Now technically, the main way to enter this competition is by referring friends and family to them by email.

That's not tasteful, and that is not the type of contest fortunz likes to bring you. So we did some digging, and are bringing you an alternate entry method. Punch in your information, and you can play the instant win game once a day. That's it, no tasteless referring and hassling people you're supposed to care about.

The contest began yesterday (though the alternate entry form was malfunctioning at the time) and will continue on until December 14th. That's a whole lot of free Wii's.
